| MOISTURE LEAK INVESTIGATION |
Use of methods such as moisture metering and flood tests to determine if leaks are present on the structure. Also available, infrared scanning (thermography) is a photograph method that documents and measures heat transfer through building materials. As heat transfers faster through water than through building products, it is used to identify excess moisture within components. |
