Ensuring that materials are installed according to code and manufacturer requirements. Quality Assurance saves money in the long-run, as it helps prevent products from being installed improperly, which can cause premature deterioration of the structure. |

| CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS |
Certificates that the products on the structure have been executed in a manner as to best represent the client. |

| WARRANTY |
A closeout book from the contractor with documentation of the products used on-site and their applicable warranties. |

| MAINTENANCE MANUALS |
Documentation of required maintenance for products installed during construction. Photographs of the products make identification easy for those who are not familiar with building materials. Maintenance manuals are not included in a typical construction management program but can be quoted upon request. |
