| SCOPE OF WORK |
The Scope of Work is a fixed standard for contractor bidding so we can make an apples-to-apples comparison in order to determine which contractor and bid to recommend to the client. |
| |
|
| DESIGN & PLAN REVIEW |
Examination of plans and designs for waterproofing issues. |
| |
|
| BUDGETING STRATEGY |
In order to create a strategic budget, full replacement is defined and represented in the scope of work. However, for clients on a tight budget, we create a repair order based on the levels of issue severity to keep repair within both the client's requested timeline and budget. |

|
| 2D & 3D DRAFTED DETAILS |
Two- and Three-Dimensional (2D & 3D) details are a visual representation of installation methods intended for the contractor. The details are site-specific. |
| |
|
| SPECIFICATIONS |
Specifications are a very specific and detailed document intended for contractor bidding, work and execution. It provides the contractor with an understanding of accepted products, execution, installation and general methods in which he/she/they may perform work as well as the process of Quality Control on site. |
| |
|
| BID ACQUISITION |
Requests for bids from at least three contractors of the client's choosing. This includes a site visit with the contractors as well as analysis of the bids. IBI provides our recommendations, but the client has the final choice as to which contractor they would like to hire. |
